Why I Don’t Recommend Korean Ginseng For Women
Korean ginseng is not for women. It can easily have hormonal effects. Panax ginseng is strong enough, even in low doses it can affect your hormonally.
I suggest seeing an acupuncturist if you can. Taking Panax ginseng for a short period of time is less likely to affect hormones. It takes very little time for Korean Ginseng to affect you hormonally.
Siberian ginseng is a good option. It is very neutral in temperature, so it is less likely to cause a problem hormonally. I also strongly recommend cordyceps. It is my favorite energy tonic and can be taken long term by most people. It builds up your energy levels and I have not found any patient so far who does not feel better and want to get another bottle.
